Protect Your Concrete Before It's Too Late
It only took 6 months for this concrete slab to accumulate stains, debris, and dirt. This building was under construction, and the floor took a beating from all the work being performed.
We began with a full mechanical grind, removing dirt and overspray while profiling the concrete surface for maximum adhesion. This floor required minor crack repair in a few areas, and we even found an 8 inch stick embedded in the concrete that had to be dug out and patched. Despite being only 6 months old, the slab needed real attention. A moisture vapor barrier (MVB) was applied to give the foundation maximum protection going forward.
This floor features a medium gray tinted 100% solid epoxy, fully broadcast with Orbit 1/4" flake to rejection, and finished with a polyaspartic topcoat to seal and protect the surface.
