Before starting this company, I worked as a manufacturer sales representative in the concrete coatings industry. I trained installers both in the field and in classroom settings, working directly with contractors on proper surface preparation, product selection, and full system installation. I also attended and assisted with multiple manufacturer and distributor-led trainings to stay current with evolving tools and coating technologies.

During that time, I represented professional brands such as Wooster Brush, Seymour Midwest Rake, Trimaco, and Polymer Nation, supplying and training contractors on the exact tools and materials used in high-performance garage floor systems.

After training dozens of crews and distributors, I saw firsthand how many contractors enter this industry relying on online videos, social media trends, and improvised methods. That approach often leads to inconsistent results and premature failures.

I started Elite Garage Floors to bring manufacturer-level knowledge directly into the installation market.

I refuse to compromise on mechanical surface preparation. Every floor is diamond ground to achieve the proper concrete surface profile (CSP), and I install a moisture vapor barrier on every job to proactively protect against moisture-related failures. The goal is simple: install the system correctly the first time.

Elite Garage Floors is owner-operated. I personally complete every installation using proven materials, proper prep methods, and systems designed to perform long-term. I’m not interested in being the fastest or the cheapest—I’m focused on doing the job right.
